An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Territory Manager covering the East Anglia and Essex region. The vacancy sits within the Women’s Health and Urology team, with the product portfolio consisting of cutting edge products and therapies which include the treatment of surgical urinary incontinence and surgical adhesion prevention . Customers include Urologists, Gynaecologists, Nursing staff, and NHS stakeholders. The role will involve driving market share and sales within existing accounts, identifying and driving new business opportunities , and educating and training key Customers on new and existing products.


The successful candidate can expect a highly competitive basic salary and a lucrative on target earnings scheme for achievers. Company car, private healthcare, and pension are also included in the package.


To be considered for this role you will have a solid track record of success within medical sales. Experience of the Urology/Gynaecology market would be advantageous, as would experience selling at Hospital/Surgeon level. You will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate effective territory business planning skills. You will be very Customer focussed and have excellent interpersonal skills. You will also have a proven track record in both Key Account Management and also new business development. Preferably you will also be education to degree level. Industry newcomers with sales success in a different market, who can demonstrate a sound understanding of the medical industry, may also be considered.
