Our client is a leading provider of long-term specialist services and education for patients with long-term, complex needs resulting from Mental Illness. Their overall purpose is to actively enable the people in their care to achieve their personal best - however it is defined by them.
Due to their continued success and to support their plans for future growth, they are now looking to recruit a talented Marketing Manager to develop and maintain their current marketing strategies and to champion their brand within the UK whilst maintaining their competitive advantage.
The role will be based from their offices in central London, but extensive travel to their specialist units throughout the UK should be expected.
You will be responsible for the marketing of all company services across internal and external stakeholders including:
? Investors who are looking at the Group as a whole
? Specialist Psychiatric Services (Healthcare)
? Specialist Education & Care for children & young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorders (Education)
To successfully implement this role you will need to develop a marketing strategy that successfully hits target customers and enhances the existing brand by increasing the clinical credibility of their service. This requires management of the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical activities.
You will need to develop case studies that demonstrate the company's success; develop Key Opinion Leaders that enhance the brand and develop regional marketing plans that build local partnership agreements with NHS, PCTs and Government which result in a flow of patients to the units.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your extensive senior marketing background and an understanding of the evolving NHS and healthcare market. You will have a proven track record in developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives. An understanding of Psychiatric medicine would be an advantage but not essential.
