Our Client is a rapidly growing, specialist pharmaceutical company. With more than 300 employees in the UK, and operations throughout Europe and the USA, they focus on the development and commercialisation of a range of medications for the treatment of unmet therapeutic needs in major markets.
They currently have a vacancy covering the North, East and West of Yorkshire for a Hospital Specialist selling into the pain and palliative care arena. The successful candidate will be selling a product for breakthrough cancer pain first line, and a testosterone replacement therapy second line. Main Customers will be Hospital Consultants, Specialist Nurses and Palliative Care personnel. There will also be a small amount of responsibility for GPwSIs, making this a key account management opportunity with responsibility for all Customers on the region.
You will be responsible for driving sales and formulary successes on your region, working hard to position the products favourably with NHS customers.
To be considered for this opportunity you will be a driven and enthusiastic Medical Sales Professional. Experience working in Hospitals is essential. A GP/Hospital Rep who has experience with formularies looking to move into a more specialist role may also be considered. Of paramount importance is drive, determination, resilience and ambition. Experience working in the pain market would be advantageous but is not essential.
