An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager to be part of a great team to enhance the growth plans of first class biologic.
Having received NICE and SMC endorsement and successful D & T applications across the UK, our client is now at the stage where the next critical milestone is ensuring Psoriasis patients across the UK have access to this product and its positioned correctly minimising any hurdles to maximise its success.
As a result of this a new high potential territory has been created within Anglia and North London. The candidate ideally, would need to be positioned around the cambridgeshire area.
A successful candidate would have;
* Ability to learn, understand and apply complex information quickly both in terms of the NHS funding processes for example and the various services which accompany the use of our clients product.
* Leadership skills to recognise future opportunities and threats and gain the extended teams buy in to pro-actively develop tactics to address them
* Team-player - good at working with your peers in pro-actively sharing successful initiatives and solving potential challenges
* Able to work cross-functionally across medical affairs, market access, marketing, medical information and communications in developing local account plans and leading their execution
* Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships with a small group of key customers
* An understanding of funding flows and evidence of gaining funding approvals would be advantageous.
* Flexible to go off territory to support team goals where required
* Self-aware and demonstrates ability to respond to coaching feedback
* Can demonstrate ability to try new and innovative approaches in order to deliver results
* A basic understanding of immunology
