Our client is a rapidly expanding organisation that is committed to developing and delivering healthcare products that truly benefit humanity and respond to the diverse health care needs of people around the world.
To meet this global goal, they are about to introduce an Oncology portfolio and are seeking a talented individual to lead, develop and manage the Business Unit’s training provision.
Based from their Hatfield offices but with the need for European travel, you will report to the Head of European SFE and be responsible for identification of training needs and the development and delivery of training courses and workshops across the UK and major European affiliates. You will liaise closely with Medical Affairs, Marketing and Sales Management in order to ensure that the training provided supports the aims, objectives and commercial effectiveness of the European Oncology Business Unit.
Your suitability for the role will be defined by your excellent track record and sustained previous experience in pharmaceutical healthcare training with a proven track record of delivering high quality work with tangible outcomes. This will ideally include experience in developing and maintaining training partners and a pan European KOL network and working within a niche speciality, high cost or access restricted product environment.
With the ability to get on with others and to work within a team and independently, you will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner with excellent organisational skills, you must feel comfortable critically assessing own performance.
Knowledge of the Oncology market and additional languages are desirable, but not essential.
