Service delivery
We provide public health services, including data management, clinical service inputs in appropriate local locations, and outcome feedback. Examples of the services we offer are: Smoking cessation (using the Russell Standard and latest DH guidance. All of our staff and services are competent to NCSCT standards.); weight management; school health (and individual elements of it, such as health screening and immunisations), sexual health services and screening programmes and NHS Vascular health checks. We work closely with commissioners to ensure that the services provided are equitable, accessible, effective and efficient. We can take a whole systems approach including data extraction of existing whole patient records (to identify from, for example primary or secondary care records, those who would benefit from the offer of intervention), patient contact/invitation, service delivery, outcome recording and data feedback to update the initially trawled records. We then also provide aggregated outcome data to the commissioner on a regular basis.
