Lance has 14 years programming and web development experience, initially programming embedded systems and then specialising in the development of online applications using predominantly Microsoft technologies.
Alex joined north 51 from a role developing and supporting a business critical online application. Having recently gained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist accreditation and always being keen to research and assess new approaches, he plays a key part in us staying abreast of emerging technology.
Andrew is a developer with over 12 years experience in web technologies, with particular expertise in eCommerce, SEO, accessibility and usability. Having worked with a wide range of clients including the BBC and Virgin and his enthusiasm for new technologies, he makes an excellent addition to the north 51 team.
Leo has ten years experience in the design industry and provides us with leading expertise in the development of multi-media applications.
Alan joined north 51 from one of the UK's largest providers of online education solutions. Having spent the last 3 years working on the development of a leading learning platform he brings a wealth of relevant experience to the team.
With over seven years expertise working in the public and private sectors, Ollie brings a wealth of NHS experience and technical innovation to the e-business team.
Previously Head Of NHS Services at north 51, Tony now works for himself. As a very experienced developer he can single handedly take projects from start to finish including all client management, scoping, development, delivery and support. Tony is currently contracted to north 51.
Alex joined north 51 in September 2008 having previously ran his own consultancy developing software solutions for a manufacturer of components to the aerospace industry.
Julie supports the smooth running of the e-business team on a daily basis, managing our full range of administative projects.
Peter joined the north 51 e-business team in July 2007. An experienced developer with exceptional integration skills, Peter will help ensure we continue to meet the needs of our increasing client base.
Now with ten years experience, Neil has an outstanding track record of developing high-level online solutions for large businesses and organisations.
David joined north 51 as a graduate in Business Information Systems at Nottingham Trent University. David is responsible for managing and facilitating Account Management across north 51's client portfolio in addition to overseeing the successful implementation of our quality standards across the teams.
An experienced ASP.Net developer, Joe previously worked within a Microsoft Gold Partnership on large public sector projects before joining north 51 in November 2008.

Paddy joined north 51 in April 2008 bringing many years agency experience and knowledge in web development, web design and graphic design for print. His cross knowledge expertise allows him to deliver suitable solutions no matter what the client requirements.
Boasting an impressive CV of technical qualifications and professional accreditations, Vanden joined north 51 in October 2008 to manage our growing information security and infrastructure needs.
A very experienced ASP.NET developer, Mark has managed large development teams working on enterprise level projects.
