We are delighted to announce the launch of SchemesManager, our latest online software product for the NHS Sector.
SchemesManager has been designed to make the management of Pharmacy Schemes quicker and easier for both the Pharmacist and the Primary Care Trust (PCT).
The first roll out of SchemesManager is underway.
For each of the implemented schemes (such as Minor Ailments, Methadone, Chlamydia Screening/ Azithromycin, C Card, Emergency Hormonal Contraception and Pregnancy Testing) SchemesManager allows pharmacies to record data directly online without the necessity of filling in, storing and sending paper forms.
With SchemesManager pharmacies submit monthly electronic payment claims directly to the PCT. This replaces a time consuming manual calculation process and takes seconds rather than hours or days. With in built system checks, SchemesManager also helps with the accuracy of claims.
Once payment claims are submitted to the PCT and have been accepted, there are tools for the PCT to generate payment reports that can be sent to finance for processing.
Also, SchemesManager provides the Pharmacist and the PCT, with access to all current and historical data, making reviews quick and simple.
