£55K - £60K, potentially more for the right candidate.
Our client is a leading biotechnology company with a global turnover of $15 billion and 18,000 employees. Its high levels of R&D investment are evident with over 45 products currently in development eith a focus on oncology, nephrology, bone, inflammation and metabolic disease.
I am recruiting for a Product Manager based in the Nephrology Business Unit. This is a key role, analysing the needs of customers in partnership with field based and HQ stakeholders as well as using external and internal sources of market data. The job holder will also lead the development of local marketing plans in alignment with broader brand and UK strategy.
The Product Manager palys a critical role in the implementation of marketing plans including development of promotional materials and communication to internal teams. The successful candidate will need to work in partnership with internal stakeholders in all departments. In particular the ability to contribute to the motivation of the sales teams through innovative approaches, outstainding relationships, customer service and high quality materials is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years experience within sales and/or key account maanger roles ideally in a secondary environment.
- 1-2 years experience in a marketing role focused on secondary care within the NHS.
- Scientific/business/marketing qualification.
Previous experience of marketing a specialist brand would be an advantage but not essential.
