Our client is an established German R&D based company who set up a successful sales force in the UK 2 years ago. They specialise in products for pain management and are renowned for their expertise in this area.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Senior Brand Manager. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Brand Plans for assigned brands to meet agreed company objectives. The Senior Brand Manager is also responsible for initiating, planning, implementing and monitoring marketing programmes for assigned brands.
This is a senior management position within the organisation, which requires strategic thinking, with ability to translate strategy into tactical plans. This role will require;
* Good knowledge of all marketing tools
* Strong interpersonal skills - able to influence across departments and levels by persuasion
* Able to commission market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future brands
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Has prior experience within a commercial pharma industry role e.g. sales
* Significant knowledge of NHS
