Our client is one of Europe's leading speciality pharmaceutical companies. It has more than twenty European subsidiaries. A key part of its product flow is created through partnerships, in-licensing and product acquisition creating a strong product pipeline. Its product portfolio consists of well medically motivated drugs in a limited number of therapy areas. Its priority areas are cardiovascular, dermatology, respiratory, pain and inflammation.

We are recruiting for 14 new GP sales representatives across the UK for the launch of an exciting new product in January 2010.

One of the vacancies is within the South West Midlands area.

The purpose of these roles is to have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of agreed sales objectives and resultant sales growth for this new product across primary care.

We are looking for outstanding candidates who fit the following profile:

You must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably within a related subject.
Interest or experience in the pharma industry or a similar field sales position.
Relevant selling skills, which must have been demonstrated in previous employment.
Hold a full driving licence and be able to travel extensively within the territory on a day to day basis.
We are looking for exceptional candidates who will be able to deliver sales and grow the business, with exceptional planning and organisational skills and a strong commercial focus. We want to see candidates with a strong positive attitude who are interested in a role with high levels of personal accountability.
