- To sell the full range of the clients products and services to the NHS focusing on PCTs (or equivalents) and Procurement Collaborative
- To demonstrate a one company mindset at all times
- To achieve sales targets as set
- To develop and implement an Annual Business Plan
- To liaise with each of the subsidiaries Sales Teams to ensure a co-ordinated approach to Customers
- Support the Company initiative for Constant Improvement
- To develop excellent relationships with all internal and external customers
- To attend all company meetings as requested and stay away as appropriate for such meetings
- To adhere to all Company policies and procedures
- To respect and perform in accordance with the clients Mission and Values
- To carry out any project work necessary in line with the role
Expected traveling days:
Expected to stay away for regional and national meetings.
Key Purpose:
Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills Results orientated – proven sales record demonstrated effectively Demonstrable knowledge of NHS, in particular the Procurement landscape Ability to Negotiate at Senior Management level/Director level within the NHS Strong Organisation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience required: Experience of selling to the NHS (minimum 2 years)
- Experience of Procurement within the NHS Able to demonstrate a successful record of achievement Able to demonstrate experience of negotiating with Senior Manager/Director level NHS personnel
