Our client is a pharmaceutical company engaged in marketing, sales, research and development of analgesics and contraceptives. They employ around 4,800 people worldwide in more than 80 countries.
In the last eighteen months they have seen huge growth across the UK and have a strong pipeline of products.
I am recruiting for a specialist representative to work primary care accounts across Chelmsford/Colchester/Basildon. This will include working with key accounts in primary care, PCTs and work with local pain clinics.
This is a pilot project where the client company wants an individual who can pull through the sales being produced in secondary care, through to the community. You will be working closely with the local pain specialist who is covering secondary care and the health economics department.
The type of candidate I am looking for is an experienced representative who has an excellent understanding of the local environment. You will have experience within Essex. You will already be working within primary care and will have a full understanding of the NHS and be able to demonstrate clearly the ability to pull sales through from secondary care through to primary care.
This is initially running as a six month project, with the likelihood of this being extended if successful.
My client is currently looking for a start date of January 2010 and is keen to get the right candidate on board quickly.
