I am recruiting for an Account Manager to sell a highly specialised product within the field of oncology. This is a permanent head count position and the successful candidate will need to live either in the Herts/Beds or Thames Valley region.
Your customer base will be haematologists, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists and other members of the hospital multi disciplinary team.
I am looking for candidates who are experienced within the secondary care environment and can demonstrate a strong can-do attitude.
You will need the following attributes:
- strong personal leadership skills
- strong account management skills and collaborative working, ideally in the hospital selling environment.
- the ability to recognise, develop and manage Key Opinion Leaders
- proven ability to work alongside customers to ensure that the client is involved with local strategy and decision making.
