Our client is now a global leader in orthopaedic devices and supplies, including hip, knee, extremities, trauma, cement and operating room products. They have a portfolio of over 200 products and they always strive to introduce ground-breaking orthopaedic solutions as they continue in their tradition of advancing the standard of healthcare.
I am recruiting for two Clinical Support Specialists, working within the Hip & Knee division across the Eastern Region.
The purpose of this role is to maintain an existing customer base and sales in strategic accounts. It is working closely with orthopaedic surgeons and nursing staff providing information about the products and providing the customers with a first class service. This service will include training, stock checks and timely deliveries and supporting the theatre team to ensure that the operation proceeds successfully. You will be invloved with regular customer education sessions and training meetings.
The ideal candidate that I am looking for must have:
- experience in orthopaedics and the theatre environment
- awareness of orthopaedic products would also be an advantage.
- be able to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills
- have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
This role will have unpredicatable hours with some weekend work.
