As well as being Joint Managing Director for the overall business, Paul is responsible for the performance of the Resourcing division. This means focusing on the delivery of people solutions to our clients. Paul works closely with the contract sales team managers and the recruitment team managers to ensure North 51 implements projects to the highest possible standards for all our client companies.

Vanden has helped to setup and integrate ‘Salesforce.com’ as the North 51 contract sales team CRM system. Vanden also provides additional IT support to our contract sales teams, ensuring a very efficient adoption and usage of the sales force IT tools.
