As well as being Joint Managing Director for the overall business, Paul is responsible for the performance of the Resourcing division. This means focusing on the delivery of people solutions to our clients. Paul works closely with the contract sales team managers and the recruitment team managers to ensure North 51 implements projects to the highest possible standards for all our client companies.

Sal, who has over 20 years experience in admin, is a key member of the

Vanden has helped to setup and integrate ‘Salesforce.com’ as the North 51 contract sales team CRM system. Vanden also provides additional IT support to our contract sales teams, ensuring a very efficient adoption and usage of the sales force IT tools.

Simon DermodyTotal Resources Administrator
Simon has recently graduated from Sheffield Hallam University and is providing support to the contracts sales teams and the recruitment division. Simon ensures all the databases are updated thus enabling North 51 to provide efficient reports to our client companies. Simon also manages our company fleet and helps keep the contractors on the road maximising customer facing time and delivering sales results.
